Same Day Service Guarantee
- We will respond to all service requests by the end of the day on which they are received.
- If we don’t, you will be credited a day’s worth of rent for each day that the request is not responded to.
To qualify, requests must be submitted to the business office before 4:00 pm on a business day and acknowledged by a staff member.
Non-emergency requests submitted on weekends or holidays are considered as received at 9:00 am on the following business day.
This guarantee does not apply if unusual circumstances such as severe weather conditions or fire result in widespread damages.
For certain services such as plumbing, pest control, roof repairs, or structural repairs, additional time may be required to complete work orders.
Management
This exceptional apartment community is owned and managed directly by The Evergreens at Mt. Moriah, LLC.
Operations are directed internally by Fred Beguin, an Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager and past president of two nationally known real estate management companies.
Experienced and well trained, The Evergreens staff know how to create an optimum apartment living experience and understand the needs of our residents.
As owner-managers we answer directly to ourselves. There is no place to pass the buck or others to blame if you are not satisfied with our service. We will respond quickly to your needs and truly appreciate your choice to make the Evergreens your home.
Architect
The Evergreens has been designed to be one of the finest living opportunities in the Carolinas. It is located between two renowned universities and near the Research Triangle Park. More important than that is the desire to create
an area of repose in a busy world. Though your home is close to all major transportation arteries, including Interstate 40
and Chapel Hill Boulevard, it is serenely located on thirty acres with views of the woods and a pond. Each area of
the site has its own unique character. Some parts are wooded, some by the pool and club, and others are by the pond or
recreational facilities.
The apartment homes have been laid out to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Wide balconies, generous bedrooms, open usable kitchens, and lovely living spaces make the Evergreens a great place to call home. We have gone out of our way to
create storage for all your things. Our designs incorporate large closets and individual exterior storage. Garages and extra storage rooms are available if you need them. The apartment exteriors are designed to be pleasant and fun. The
grounds have places to gather and meet your neighbors. We have provided benches and gazebos so that friends can meet
and talk.
